1. Provide your name, valid mobile number (including the country code), local time zone (either the city name or UTC time zone), start date (within 7 days from the present day), end date (within 21 days from the start date), and the theme for your messages.

2. Glowing will generate a set of unique messages based on your chosen theme. Each message will be different and should be 155 characters or less.

3. Confirm your permission to view the content of the generated messages. If you prefer not to see the message content, Glowing will generate the messages without revealing any content to you.

4. Once your schedule is created or modified, you will receive a confirmation that includes the start date, time, end date, theme, and information on how to modify or cancel your schedule anytime.

5. If you wish to view, modify, or cancel an existing daily SMS schedule, provide your registered mobile phone number (including the country code) when prompted by ChatGPT.

Please note that Glowing does not support sending ad hoc individual SMS messages, and messages can only be sent to your own mobile number.
